About The Position

Prep Cooks are Kitchen, or “Heart of House,” Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift. They prepare food and complete prep work to stock and set up stations while following recipe procedures and company safety and sanitation policies. The role calls for someone who works well with a team, acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly execute all recipe procedures.
• Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
