About The Position

Prep Cooks, part of Chili’s Heart of House team, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to recipes, completing prep work to stock and set up stations, following safety and sanitation procedures, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The position is based at the Yorba Linda Chili’s location. Chili’s describes its culture as rooted in service, hospitality, teamwork, and giving back.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
