About The Position
Dishwashers are Heart of House Team Members responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves washing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized; working quickly to keep up with the restaurant’s pace; and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Some weekend and holiday shifts are required. Chili’s describes itself as a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a service- and hospitality-oriented culture. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
