About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Premium Suites Manager to oversee the suites department at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The manager oversees suite operations on event days and works to provide guests with memorable experiences. TD Garden hosts more than 200 events annually and welcomes over 3.5 million visitors.

Requirements

• At least three years of hospitality management experience; experience in a high-volume setting is preferred.
• Strong managerial and leadership ability.
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing.
• Financial management accountability and budgeting experience.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality management experience in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all suite operations for games, concerts, and special events.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service across all suites.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop suite employees and supervisors.
• Manage labor budgets, scheduling, and productivity.
• Maintain inventory controls and minimize waste.
• Partner with culinary teams to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely execution.
• Oversee menu execution, ordering, replenishment, and dietary accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and deadlines are consistently met.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
