Luxury Suites Boardroom Busser, TD Garden
About The Position
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Luxury Suites Boardroom Busser at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The role requires strong time management, the ability to set priorities and respond to changing needs in the dining room, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a tipped position; the listed hourly minimum pay does not include potential tipped earnings. TD Garden is a sports and entertainment arena owned and operated by Delaware North. It is home to the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics and hosts more than 200 events annually, with over 3.5 million visitors.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to lift, balance, and move food trays weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions constantly; work may include walking up and down stairs.
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners.
Responsibilities
- Check in with management for daily assignments and attend the pre-shift briefing.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room.
- Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart.
- Reset tables after guests leave, following the floor plan or management instructions.
- Assist in counting china, glassware, silverware, and linen.
