About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Concessions Prep Cooks to join its team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The role prepares food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines. The position offers opportunities and mentorship for team members starting a cooking career or seeking to grow their knowledge.

Requirements

• Ability to follow recipes and food abbreviations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• No experience or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
• Clean equipment properly according to correct procedures.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
