About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Lead Concessions Supervisor to join its team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. The supervisor leads team members in providing exceptional guest service and helps deliver an essential part of the arena’s entertainment experience. TD Garden hosts more than 200 events annually and welcomes over 3.5 million visitors.

Requirements

Previous cash-handling or cashier experience is required.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Ability to prepare written stand reports after each event.
No college degree is required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker.
Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Train team members, assign duties, and evaluate and document job performance.
Ensure food and beverages are prepared properly and meet quality standards.
Maintain inventory throughout the shift and order replacement stock as necessary.
Enforce company cash-handling procedures and investigate money and inventory discrepancies.
Resolve guest or team member issues.
Prepare written stand reports after each event.
