The Premium Experience Department is dedicated to providing world-class service and delivering unique experiences and benefits to Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth premium season ticket holders. The Premium Experience Intern should expect to assist in furthering the mission of the department and learn aspects of sports and event management, client hospitality, relationship management, and service strategies. The Premium Experience Intern should expect to work primarily at the Shops at South Town - SEG Business Office during office hours and at Delta Center during Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth games and events as assigned by the Directors and Account Managers in the department. Specific assignments will be determined by the intern’s direct supervisor at the time of hire. Expected hours will range between 9am-5pm on non-game days and three hours prior to tip-off through the end of the game on game days, totaling 29 hours per week. The position is expected to begin in September and continue through the full Jazz Basketball and Mammoth Hockey seasons, including post season playoffs games, potentially through the end of June 2027.
