As THE·TEAM supports hybrid working environments and also acknowledges the benefits of in-office collaboration, our global policy is 3-days per week in-office. This is a fixed-term position from September 8th to December 18th, 2026. To support our rapid growth, THE·TEAM has built a robust internship program designed to introduce driven, hard-working students and young professionals to the sports and entertainment industry, and our company. As an Experience Intern, you will support the ideation, development, and execution of experience-driven programs with some of Canada’s biggest and most impactful brands within the sports landscape. Hires will be exposed to aspects of event & hospitality project planning such as implementation, vendor negotiation/management and on-site execution. Successful candidates will have an inclusive mindset with the flexibility to take on a range of responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. Critical to your success is the ability to self-motivate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
