About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Premium Clubs Manager to oversee the clubs department at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, on event days. The role manages the club food and beverage operation and team, supports effective event-day service, and helps deliver a quality guest experience. Bridgestone Arena is home to the NHL’s Nashville Predators, and Delaware North manages concessions, retail, and four clubs at the venue, including an exclusive all-inclusive food and beverage lounge.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hospitality management experience; high-volume experience is preferred.
• Strong managerial and team-building skills.
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing.
• Financial management accountability and budgeting experience.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Hospitality management experience in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train food and beverage team members for the clubs department.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise club food and beverage team members and event-day operations; provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Partner with front- and back-of-house management to support effective event-day operations for guests and team members.
• Handle guest relations and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures, and ensure food service equipment is properly repaired and maintained.
• Prepare monthly projection reports and ensure effective systems are in place for cash, inventory, and payroll.
