Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service focus
Elevated sales skills
Luxury and designer fashion knowledge
Teamwork and strong alignment with REVOLVE culture
7 years of luxury or elevated sales experience
E-commerce experience
Extensive knowledge of brand, product, designers and fashion landscape

Nice To Haves

Strong and engaged personal client relationships
Extensive working with various CRM tools and POS technologies

Responsibilities

Maintaining robust monthly sales
Providing elevated customer service and ensuring a luxury experience for assigned clients
Working within the Preferred Team to ensure clients receive regular and advanced styling edits and client communications
Working cross-functionally to ensure that there is adequate partnership with the Buying Teams, as well as other departments across the business
Attend client events as needed, with travel as needed
Attend training and employee events in Los Angeles, as needed
