Cboe Global Markets•Chicago, IL
•$84,150 - $123,750•Hybrid

About The Position

Cboe Global Markets is seeking a highly motivated, independent critical thinker to work on Cboe Predicts, its emerging prediction market offering. Cboe Predicts enables retail and institutional customers to trade binary contracts for risk transfer based on realized events. The analyst will conduct competitive analysis, build internal automation and tooling, explore potential prediction market offerings, and provide strategic insights on developments in the rapidly growing prediction market space. The role combines traditional capital market research with innovation and is a hands-on generalist position with visible output. The analyst may write analysis and develop Python scripts, integrate AI-assisted workflows into daily work, and present and defend ideas using statistical analysis, financial theory, and objective analysis of world events and their macro- and micro-level impacts. The role analyzes retail participation, product flow, and adoption trends; builds automated dashboards and reporting; assesses the impact of retail-facing initiatives; and tracks competitor product changes and fee filings. It also researches alternative investments and adjacent product structures, sizes markets for potential thematic offerings, assesses competitors and venues, and monitors regulatory and policy developments. In addition, the analyst builds reusable automations and tools, including document and presentation generation, competitive monitoring, and alerts. The role follows a four-day-in-office work model. The anticipated U.S. base salary range is $84,150–$123,750. The position may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in long-term equity programs. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Monitor the regulatory and policy environment affecting retail access to alternatives and flag developments that open or close potential paths.
