About The Position

Aero Ventures, a division of BOND, is a private aviation family office advisory that guides ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and family offices through aircraft acquisition, disposition, valuation, and financing. The Market Analyst owns an assigned OEM coverage portfolio and is accountable for the accuracy of its market intelligence. The role involves frequent outreach to listing brokers, researchers, and operators to verify pricing and uncover off-market aircraft, as well as researching ownership, maintenance, and damage history that affects aircraft value. The analyst maintains Salesforce records used for valuations, market reports, and the Owner Portal; produces bespoke valuations and specification sheets; and prepares a weekly market Digest. The position calls for business aviation experience, aircraft literacy, data discipline, precise writing, and a genuine willingness to work the phone at volume.

Requirements

• Two to six years of business aviation experience in market research, sales support, valuation or appraisal, brokerage, or aircraft management with market-facing exposure.
• Genuine willingness to work the phone at volume; this is a core part of the job.
• Aircraft literacy, including the ability to read specifications, status reports, and due lists, and discuss engine programs and damage history.
• Working fluency with Salesforce or a comparable system of record.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Clear, precise writing, as work is read directly by leadership and clients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a sitting market analyst at a peer firm.
• Familiarity with JETNET, AMSTAT, Controller, Vref, or Aircraft Bluebook.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned OEM coverage portfolio and ensure its accuracy.
• Contact listing brokers, researchers, and operators daily to verify pricing and identify off-market aircraft.
• Research and deliver verified ownership, maintenance, and damage-history intelligence relevant to aircraft valuation.
• Maintain Salesforce records supporting valuations, market reports, and the Owner Portal.
• Produce bespoke valuations and specification sheets.
• Prepare the weekly Digest for assigned markets.
• Build a network of brokers and researchers to stay ahead of market developments.
