Intermountain Electric (IME) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Preconstruction Coordinator to support bids, qualifications, proposals, and presentations through accurate, organized, and ethical coordination. The role supports the estimating team by managing bid information and documents, maintaining CRM data and project records, coordinating deadlines and bid workflows, and helping improve preconstruction systems and processes. It calls for someone who values accuracy and integrity, builds effective systems, and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is primarily based in a typical office environment, with some time spent on construction job sites. Site visits may involve typical construction conditions, including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud, debris, welding, leading edges, trenching, shoring, and, at times, confined spaces. Multiple locations may need to be visited in one day. The anticipated hourly compensation range is $26.56–$35.94, depending on education, experience, relevant skills, and internal equity. Full-time employees may choose from healthcare coverage options effective the first of the month after hire, receive PTO, and are immediately eligible to contribute to a generously matched, fully vested 401(k).
