Pre-sales Solutions Consultant

Advance.AI is seeking a (Sr) Solution Consultant to join their team. The (Sr) Solution Consultant is a technical pre-sales role that requires a wealth of knowledge from experience working in Regtech. The ideal candidate should be an AI/ML enthusiast and be familiar with the ecosystem as well as KYC processes. The role involves leading product demonstrations, performing due diligence on clients, demonstrating thought leadership, and project managing Request for Proposals. The candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in a technical solutions or pre-sales capacity, excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, and business proficiency in Bahasa and English.

• Lead product demonstrations and translate the value of Advance AI's eKYC and alternative credit score solutions to meet customer's challenges
• Perform due-diligence on the client with information coming from marketing, sales and secondary sources
• Demonstrate thought leadership, publishing blogs and author whitepapers
• Own and achieve commercial excellence working with regional business development teams
• Innovate and adapt solutions, commercial strategy in order to meet industry demand
• Assist customers through the Proof of Concept (POC) process while providing POC analytics in order to demonstrate value
• Project manage Request for Proposals from beginning until the end
• Act as a point of escalation within the solution consulting team and assist in coordination with delivery, product, sales and operations teams
• Combine strong Regtech industry expertise servicing banks and Fintechs, comprehensive understanding of Advance AI's solutions, business acumen and customer management experience to manage opportunities end to end
• Stay ahead of the latest industry developments in the regulatory technology space including Anti-Money Laundering and/or Anti-Fraud practices
• Identify solutions to tomorrow's problems
• Articulate complex technical terms into simple to understand concepts
• Engage in technology evangelism and customer engagement
• Passionate about Artificial Intelligence and how it can benefit society through financial inclusion
• Have at least 6 years' experience in a technical solutions or presales capacity
• Possess excellent financial domain, AI/Machine Learning or AML/KYC knowledge and ability to quickly learn through innate sense of curiosity
• Have excellent analytical, presentation and communications skills
• Experience working with SaaS and other cloud-based applications, familiarity with cloud architecture and Kubernetes
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills
• Business proficiency in Bahasa and English is a must.
