About the position
The Presales Consultant role at Bottomline Technologies in Sydney involves building and maintaining collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting the sales teams in breaking into the TMS market for corporates in Australia. The successful candidate will analyze market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and work in a fast-paced industry driven by open banking. Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and develop strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support the sales teams in breaking into the TMS market for corporates in Australia
- Analyze management information (MI) and use it to identify and implement growth opportunities
- Demonstrate, present, and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Work with Product leaders to understand the current status and product roadmap
- Conduct detailed customer/prospect scoping sessions
- Support completion of RFP/RFI responses
Requirements
- Experience in the domain of Treasury, Payments, and Cash Management
- Ability to build, maintain, and develop strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support sales teams in breaking into the TMS market for corporates in Australia
- Analyze MI (Management Information) and use it to identify and implement growth opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry with open banking innovations
- Excellent presentation and promotion skills for products/services
- Strong ability to establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Familiarity with product roadmap and key plays
- Conduct detailed customer/prospect scoping sessions
- Support completion of RFP/RFI responses
