About The Position

Bayway Auto Group is seeking a hardworking, motivated, and high-integrity Pre Owned BDC Sales team member to support customer satisfaction and the car-buying experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-person position at 12333 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX, reporting to the General Sales Manager. The role handles phone and online inquiries, appointment scheduling and follow-up, customer communications, and information about company promotions. Applicants must be able to work Saturdays and up to 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment screening, including a background check, drug test, and MVR.
• Must have a clean driving record and have been licensed for a minimum of three years to be insurable.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and up to 40 hours per week.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Ability to drive, stand, bend, and/or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and online inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers who do not attend scheduled appointments.
• Maintain communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service.
• Ensure prospects are informed of company promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
