About The Position

BRAM Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Service BDC Representative to handle scripted and unscripted inbound and outbound calls and set appointments for the Service Department. The role supports customer satisfaction by communicating professionally, monitoring dealership and third-party leads, coordinating with service advisors, explaining the repair process, responding to customer concerns, and following up after service visits. The representative also follows company safety procedures and policies.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work with diverse people groups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from customers and management.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers.
Sufficient computer literacy.
Positive attitude and commitment to adhering to and administering company policies, procedures, and standards.

Nice To Haves

Previous dealership BDC experience.
Previous call center or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Handle each call professionally, courteously, and knowledgeably.
Meet minimum quota requirements outlined by management.
Monitor and contact dealership and third-party leads and inquiries.
Collaborate with service advisors to schedule service appointments.
Maintain a general understanding of the repair process and explain it to customers.
Address customer concerns and escalate them to managers as needed.
Direct customers to appropriate departments as needed.
Follow up after customer service visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company safety procedures and policies.
