About The Position

The Physician Practice Supervisor manages the administrative and operational functions of assigned physician practices. The role oversees office operations, staff performance, scheduling, work assignments, and staff training and coaching. It also includes operational checks and balances, cash reconciliation, charge entry, and resolving patient issues as needed.

Requirements

• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of experience working in a physician office.
• At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Optimize staff performance in the office.
• Schedule staff and assign work.
• Train and coach staff.
• Oversee daily office operations, including cash reconciliation, charge entry, and operational checks and balances.
• Resolve patient issues as needed.
