About The Position
The Practice Supervisor I oversees the day-to-day operations of a BHMG site in conjunction with the Practice Manager. The role involves daily interaction with practice physicians and other physicians within BHMG and the community. The supervisor oversees clerical and clinical staff to ensure quality medical office standards and coordinates with management on staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and routine safety procedures.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two years of relevant experience with a degree, or five years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clerical and clinical staff to ensure quality medical office standards.
- Support day-to-day operations of a BHMG site in conjunction with the Practice Manager.
- Interact daily with practice physicians and other physicians within BHMG and the community.
- Coordinate with management staff on staffing, scheduling, clinic compliance, inventory, institutional processes, and routine safety procedures.
