About The Position

Fairbanks Orthodontics is seeking a Practice Marketing Coordinator to help grow its patient base, strengthen its community presence, and bring its brand to life across all touchpoints. This role combines creative and strategic marketing with connecting with families and building strong local relationships. The coordinator will execute local marketing strategies, manage social media and online reputation, coordinate community outreach and events, support campaigns and content creation, maintain brand consistency, and track marketing performance.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, or local business marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media and local marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for creating positive, family-friendly experiences.
• Experience with community-based or orthodontic-focused marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and reputation management platforms.
• Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Execute local marketing strategies to drive new patient growth and retention.
