Membership Coordinator: Fairbanks
About The Position
The Alaska Club is hiring a full-time Membership Coordinator in Fairbanks. The role is suited to someone passionate about fitness and interested in supporting people’s health and wellness. Membership Coordinators greet and tour guests, build relationships, engage with guests in their areas of interest, present membership opportunities, and answer questions about club facilities. Training is provided. The position offers an hourly wage plus commission and monthly bonus opportunities, a free club membership, and eligibility for other benefits. The schedule typically consists of five days per week and approximately 35–40 hours, with flexible morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
Requirements
