About The Position

The Practice Manager supports the day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of two primary care practices in Aiken and Graniteville. The role works with the Director of Physician Operations to implement and oversee operational activities and programs that support business plans. In collaboration with the area director and practice physicians, the manager ensures the efficient and effective daily operation of the assigned practices, including supervising and evaluating practice staff. The manager also ensures that each office maintains an effective operating environment and that services are delivered safely and efficiently in response to the needs of patients, physicians, and staff. The position’s scope is classified as medium based on providers, staff, and locations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a closely related field, or six years of relevant work experience in lieu of the degree, in addition to the experience requirement.
Four years of experience in a medical practice, hospital, or other health care setting with demonstrated leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
In lieu of a degree, a total of ten years of experience is required.
No licenses or certifications required.
