About The Position

Animal Health Care Denver is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. The position oversees clinic operations and personnel, contributes to the ongoing excellence of the clinic, and supports the well-being of the animals in its care. The manager is expected to balance business and staff needs, lead with clarity, and manage multiple priorities. This full-time role includes working part time on the floor, both in the back and up front. The hospital operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; it is closed on Sundays. Salary is $70,000–$75,000 per year, determined by the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications, with eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus of up to 15%. Requirements

Experience executing clinical HR functions, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), evaluations, and disciplinary action.
Ability to quickly learn and use the practice management system.

Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.
