About The Position

Lawrenceburg Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily hospital operations, support employees, enhance the client experience, and help drive hospital performance. The clinic has served its community for decades and offers a knowledgeable, collaborative, and supportive workplace, with more than 200 years of combined team experience. The Practice Manager partners with the Lead Veterinarian and Community Veterinary Partners leadership to improve hospital performance and maintain a positive, efficient, and well-organized hospital environment.

Requirements

At least 4 years of veterinary practice or hospital management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with budgeting, financial reports, and operational management.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy hospital.

Nice To Haves

Emergency or specialty veterinary experience is strongly preferred.
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Veterinary Practice Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Oversee daily hospital operations, facilities, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with the Lead Veterinarian and Community Veterinary Partners leadership to improve hospital performance.
Address client concerns and maintain high standards of service.
Support community outreach, client communications, and relationship building.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, payroll, purchasing, and daily financial activities.
Maintain a positive, efficient, and well-organized hospital environment.
