About The Position

Lawrenceburg Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support the team, enhance the client experience, and help drive hospital performance. The clinic has served the community for decades and offers a knowledgeable, collaborative, and supportive workplace. The manager will work with the Lead Veterinarian and Community Veterinary Partners (CVP) leadership to improve hospital performance and maintain a positive, efficient, and well-organized hospital environment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of veterinary practice or hospital management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reports, and operational management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy hospital.

Nice To Haves

• Emergency or specialty veterinary experience is strongly preferred.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Veterinary Practice Management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee daily hospital operations, facilities, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the Lead Veterinarian and Community Veterinary Partners leadership to improve hospital performance.
• Address client concerns and maintain high standards of service.
• Support community outreach, client communications, and relationship building.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, payroll, purchasing, and daily financial activities.
• Maintain a positive, efficient, and well-organized hospital environment.
