About The Position

Animal Care Center of Blue Ash is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead hospital operations, support the veterinary team, and oversee financial performance. The role works alongside a collaborative team focused on professional growth and high-quality patient care. The Practice Manager partners with the Lead Veterinarian and Community Veterinary Partners to meet hospital goals.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of veterinary hospital management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Emergency or specialty experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Veterinary practice management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and team development.
• Oversee daily hospital operations, client service, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• Monitor budgets, financial reports, payroll, and expenses.
• Support marketing, client communications, and community outreach.
• Partner with the Lead Veterinarian and Community Veterinary Partners to meet hospital goals.
