About The Position

Saint Joe’s is seeking caring, dependable Direct Support Professionals for its Blue Ash Day Program in Blue Ash, Ohio. The role provides compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in an engaging, empowering, and supportive environment. DSPs help participants build independence, confidence, and connection. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.
• Current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal care, grooming, and mobility.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants.
• Lead and support sensory, recreational, and social activities.
• Prioritize participants’ safety, dignity, and well-being.
• Accurately document daily care and participant progress.
