About The Position

Animal Care Center is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its established three-doctor small animal practice in Baxter, Minnesota. The role is suitable for experienced veterinarians seeking a long-term practice or new graduates looking for mentorship. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no regular weekends. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Compensation is listed at $120,000–$140,000, with a base salary of up to $140,000, a $50,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, and production bonuses with no negative accrual.

Responsibilities

• Provide veterinary care in an established small animal practice.
• Build lasting relationships with pet owners and provide quality veterinary care.
• Collaborate with other veterinarians and the support team on challenging cases.
