About The Position

Saint Joe’s is seeking a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional for its Blue Ash Day Program in Blue Ash, Ohio. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities in an engaging, empowering, and supportive environment, helping participants build independence, confidence, and connection. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.
• Have current car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal care, grooming, and mobility.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with participants.
• Lead and support sensory, recreational, and social activities.
• Prioritize participants’ safety, dignity, and well-being.
• Accurately document daily care and participant progress.
