About The Position
The Practice Manager ensures the efficient operation of a fast-paced dental office and leads a successful team that consistently meets and exceeds patient, practice, and organizational expectations. The role is based at Carolinas Dentist in Southern Pines.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of dental experience in a management role.
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS, and infection control training as required by law.
- Proficiency with computers and dental software.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma with a college degree or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular staff huddles, foster open communication, provide organization and practice updates, and continually challenge and develop staff.
- Stay current with the latest OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA regulations.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with the doctors and staff.
- Support marketing programs to help build new patient growth.
- Ensure the practice meets financial goals and formulate plans to mitigate areas of concern.
