Job Duties/Responsibilities: Assists the Operations Administrator in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and directing day-to-day functions of programs and activities. Develops and Implements policies and procedures in coordination with corporate direction. Demonstrates Service Excellence and always conveys professionalism with a strong motivation to achieve optimum results. This position is directly responsible for daily operations, inventory, overseeing IT and managed care initiatives. All other duties as assigned. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree required with 5 years of healthcare supervisory experience required.
In lieu of degree, 7 years healthcare experience or CMPE certification.
3-5 years supervisory experience, preferable in a healthcare environment.
