About The Position

Koehne Powersports, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to join its growing, fast-paced powersports dealership. The role involves presenting and selling new and used powersports units, advising customers on products, managing sales from start to finish, and developing customer relationships. Compensation is salary plus commissions. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.

Requirements

Ability to sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month according to dealership standards.

Responsibilities

Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units throughout the dealership.
Provide customers with detailed, accurate, and up-to-date product information.
Manage and monitor the sales process from start to finish.
Establish and maintain customer relationships and build confidence in the products and dealership.
Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers.
Manage customer leads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Follow up with prospective leads and existing customers to continually build the client base.
Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month according to dealership standards.
