About The Position

Requirements
- Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass a background and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical experience with ATVs, side-by-sides, marine equipment, motorcycles, and other powersports vehicles is preferred.
- Own tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and scheduled services.
- Repair and service engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical components.
- Install accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket parts.
- Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Document repairs, labor, and parts used accurately.
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations to service management.
- Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction.
