Requirements

Mechanical experience with ATVs, side-by-sides, marine equipment, motorcycles, or other powersports is preferred.
Knowledge of engines, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must pass a background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and scheduled services.
Repair and service engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical components.
Install accessories, upgrades, and aftermarket parts.
Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Accurately document repairs, labor, and parts used.
Communicate repair findings and recommendations to service management.
Deliver quality workmanship and excellent customer satisfaction.
