About The Position

Responsible for organizing and delivering full service retail postal services (courier items, postal boxes, money transfers, call-in parcels) to Shoppers Drug Mart customers, maximizing department revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Leads by example and ensures that Post Office staff demonstrate our CORE Values.
Interviews and recommends final candidates for hiring.
Ensures Post Office cashiers complies with all Store Standards.
Trains employees in job functions and provides on-going coaching and instructions.
Assists with completing performance reviews of Post Office cashier staff in conjunction with the FSM.
Ensures exceptional customer service is provided beyond expectation.
Ensures employees present proper image to the public in accordance with Uniform Policy.
Ensures all loss prevention systems and procedures are performed according to Standards.
Ensures procedures regarding parcel checks are adhered to.
