About The Position

Bluu, Inc. is a technology and payments company providing integrated POS, payment processing, hardware, software, online ordering, and business management solutions for the restaurant and retail industries. The POS Support Technician provides technical support to merchants, agents, and resellers and assists with deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POS systems and related hardware. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Farmers Branch, Texas, and is full-time.

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to work off-site occasionally.
Ability to travel for business when required.

Nice To Haves

POS, PC support, or related technical support experience.
CompTIA A+ certification.

Responsibilities

Provide phone-based technical support to merchants, resellers, and agents.
Accurately document support requests, issues, and resolutions.
Resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare, configure, and stage POS hardware and software for deployment.
Maintain POS department equipment, tools, and inventory.
Perform hardware repairs and replacements in-house and at customer locations as needed.
Test, evaluate, troubleshoot, and document software and hardware issues.
Install and configure POS software, hardware, cabling, networking equipment, and related systems.
Monitor system performance and diagnose operational issues.
Provide training and technical guidance to associates, merchants, and resellers.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
