The Portuguese Exchange Advisor helps Interval International members get the most from their memberships by answering incoming calls, identifying vacation exchange and travel options, completing transactions, and explaining membership benefits and services. The position combines customer service and sales: advisors listen to members’ needs, help them explore options, and recommend relevant products and services. The role may also involve outbound calls to support member engagement, retention, and sales. Advisors use multiple computer systems while speaking with members and entering information accurately. No previous related work experience is required. Miami-based associates complete paid on-site and remote training. After training, the regular schedule is hybrid: one day in the office and four days working from home. The position requires schedule flexibility based on business needs, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Listed locations are Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Texas, and Utah.
