About The Position

CCMC is a community management company specializing in master-planned communities. Pool Monitors enforce outdoor pool rules in accordance with association policies and government regulations, helping maintain the community and provide a safe environment for residents and guests. The community includes an open-air pavilion, resort-style pool, outdoor grills, family dining areas, an event lawn, and walking trails.

The role involves ensuring safe pool operations, monitoring entry and collecting patron waivers, reporting accidents or problems, performing light janitorial duties, and providing service, information, and assistance to residents and guests. The position may require after-hours and weekend availability. Physical requirements may include walking long distances outdoors in various weather conditions, occasionally lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds, sitting or standing for extended periods, and using computers and mobile devices.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Energy, a great attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Effective communication skills.
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• If driving is required, maintain a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle driven, a clean motor vehicle report, and current automobile insurance at statutory limits; notify Human Resources of any change in motor vehicle standing.

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities
