Pool Diagnostic & Repair Technician – Skilled Field Technician Role
About The Position
This role is for a skilled field technician responsible for the service, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and light commercial pool systems. The technician will diagnose problems, repair equipment, and ensure systems are running correctly. This includes working on pumps, filters, heaters, circulation systems, pool plumbing, water flow issues, equipment troubleshooting and replacement, and basic electrical and control system diagnostics. The role also involves preventative maintenance and system inspections, focusing on accurate diagnosis, confident repairs, safe and efficient operation, and preventing minor issues from becoming major failures. Trenchless Today is looking for individuals with hands-on technical experience in fields such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, home services, property maintenance, or mechanical maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience working with hands in a technical environment (e.g., Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Home Services, Property Maintenance, Mechanical maintenance or equipment service).
- Understanding of how systems work and how to fix them when they don't.
- Ability to take pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Ability to work without constant direction.

Responsibilities
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial pool systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues with pumps, filters, heaters, and circulation systems.
