Nice To Haves

  • 2 or more years of pool equipment experience
  • Experience with electrical and plumbing work

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a busy, complex schedule of tasks

Responsibilities

  • Working on pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, cleaners, blowers, lights, automation systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing, and any other relevant pool equipment
  • Working with 110-volt and 220-volt electrical equipment
  • Identifying opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products
  • Interacting with our job-management app throughout the day by following a checklist, and taking before, during, and after pictures of repairs and installations
  • Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally verbally and in writing and setting realistic expectations for project timelines and costs
