About The Position

The Pool Busser maintains clean dining areas around the pool by bussing tables, lounge chairs, and cabanas efficiently, courteously, and accurately while providing outstanding guest service. The role advocates for the restaurant and pool area, creates personal guest experiences, and builds relationships that encourage guests to return. The position may also take on responsibilities outside this job description as needed.

Requirements

• Food Handler Certification, if applicable.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn the restaurant point-of-sale system.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Hardworking and dedicated, with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set tables to restaurant standards.
• Deposit dishes in the dishroom or other specified area.
• Remove dirty plates from dining areas while guests are still seated.
• Serve beverages promptly.
• Stock bussing stations.
• Clean stations, including sweeping floors and cleaning spills with provided tools.
• Assist other restaurant personnel with tasks when necessary, such as expediting food to tables.
• Attend required company and restaurant trainings and meetings.
