About The Position
Bonita National Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida, is hiring a seasonal part-time Busser/Wait Assistant for the Pool Cafe. The role supports servers by keeping the dining area clean and organized and helps create memorable dining experiences through personalized, genuine interactions. Requirements
- Able to lift 25 pounds to waist height.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to perform frequent lifting, bending, and turning.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are set with clean silverware, glassware, napkins, and appropriate table settings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when needed.
- Refill water glasses and assist with other guest needs.
- Remove used plates, glassware, and utensils during the dining experience without interrupting members.
- Work closely with servers and management to support a seamless dining experience.
- Respond professionally to member requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member or manager.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
