About The Position

The F&B Cafe Busser resets tables, keeps the dining area clean and presentable, and assists guests as needed. The position works in a busy dining room and supports other Food & Beverage personnel.

Requirements

• Able to carry out tasks at the direction of others.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Able to communicate positively and effectively with guests and employees.
• Maintains a well-groomed appearance.
• Able to work cooperatively and cordially with others.
• Food handler’s permit required.
• Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. while standing, twisting, or bending.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Manual and finger dexterity for handling serving dishes and other equipment.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Clearly Superior Customer Service at all times.
• Replenish guests’ non-alcoholic beverages and other items as needed.
• Set and reset tables and keep the surrounding area clean and presentable, including cleaning menus and replenishing salt, pepper, and other table items.
• Take inventory of supplies when necessary.
• Assist other Food & Beverage personnel as needed.
• Prepare silverware for the next seating.
• Keep floor areas clean, free of debris, and presentable at all times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
