About The Position
Bonita National Golf & Country Club in Bonita Springs, Florida, is hiring a seasonal part-time Busser/Wait Assistant for the Pool Cafe. The position supports servers by keeping the dining area neat and clean and helping create memorable dining experiences through personalized, genuine interactions. The role is part of Troon, a global golf and club management organization. Compensation is $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Able to lift 25 pounds to waist height.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to perform frequent lifting, bending, and turning.
- Must have reliable transportation.

- Previous restaurant experience.
Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
- Set tables with clean silverware, glassware, napkins, and appropriate table settings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages as needed.
- Refill water glasses and assist with other guest needs.
- Remove used plates, glassware, and utensils during the dining experience without interrupting members.
- Work with servers and management to support a seamless dining experience.
- Respond professionally to member requests and communicate concerns to the appropriate team member or manager.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
