About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Pool Attendant/Server to join its Four Seasons Residence Club team and create a welcoming poolside dining experience for members. The role focuses on guest satisfaction through attentive service, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and providing exceptional hospitality. The attendant rotates between the pool deck and Ocotillo Grill and supports special events and daily operations. It is suited to a service-oriented professional who enjoys connecting with guests, working in a dynamic outdoor environment, and developing food and beverage skills at a luxury resort.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of food and beverage service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive and guest-focused attitude, and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in a desert climate, including temperatures that may reach or exceed 100°F, and remain active and attentive throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to stand and walk 6–8 hours per day, lift and carry up to 40 pounds, and push or move up to 100 pounds.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to provide maximum availability for a 7-day operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat Residence Club owners and guests in the pool area and provide beverage service.
• Learn the poolside menu and hourly amenity services.
• Take, finalize, and deliver orders to owners and their guests.
• Maximize alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage sales during each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including service stations.
• Support the Ocotillo Grill server with table bussing.
• Train to serve food and beverages at Ocotillo Grill during lunch services.
• Provide service during owner activations and events.
