About The Position

The Polisher helps create and maintain quality restaurant experiences by keeping the restaurants clean and presentable. The role is based at Adas Wine Bar in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is part-time. The position pays $12.00–$13.00 per hour, with any shift.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, potentially for an entire shift.
• Ability to sit intermittently at a desk and work on a computer.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds; heavier items must be lifted with assistance.
• Ability to read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print.
• Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines for defects.
• Ability to move quickly and turn from side to side.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Wrist flexibility for scooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock clerk or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, racks, tables, and service stations with new or transferred supplies.
• Receive, open, unpack, and stock restaurant supplies.
• Polish glasses and silverware for use in the dining room.
• Restock the dining room with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and linen.
• Maintain adequate supplies at work stations while the dining room is open.
• Fold napkins and prepare extra place settings.
• Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items that need to be reordered or replenished.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
