About The Position

This entry-level position in the Account Services Department plays an important role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the department. The role involves processing policy-related transactions, managing customer requests, producing required state posting notices, and supporting document distribution and record maintenance. The Policy Services Assistant will work closely with teammates to ensure timely, accurate service while learning established procedures and building expertise in policy services. This position is classified as Non-Exempt under federal wage and hour laws, meaning employees are required to clock in and out for all hours worked and will be eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked over 40 in a given workweek.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service while responding to phone and email inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Dependable, customer-focused, and able to follow established procedures while seeking guidance when appropriate.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
