About The Position

Slide Insurance is seeking a Policy Services Representative to be the trusted voice for customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs and making a meaningful impact on their experience with Slide. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with policy changes and payments, resolving concerns, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 2+ years of recent contact center or call center experience
  • Active Florida 20-44 P&C Personal Lines Agent License or 90-44 Non-Resident Personal Lines License required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to live Slide's Core Values

Nice To Haves

  • Homeowners insurance experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to policy-related inquiries via multiple communication channels
  • Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and coverage questions with professionalism and accuracy
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy activity
  • Support call center performance goals related to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
