About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the course "Politique des peuples autochtones au Canada" (POL3559, Section A00) during the 2027 Winter Semester. The course will cover historical and contemporary issues in the relationship between Indigenous peoples and the Canadian state, including Indigenous peoples' rights and Indigenous conceptions of governance and Indigenous movements. The course is expected to have an enrolment of 74 students and is worth 3 credits. The instruction language is French, with active competence in a second language required. The course is scheduled for Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and will be offered in person, though the mode of instruction may change due to health or other reasons. Requirements

Doctorate or doctoral coursework in the field of the announced course.
Teaching experience in the field.
